Yes, the most likely outcome is that Xstrata will want the remaining 49% at a low price, and AC will not agree. Unless they can get all 100% Xstrata wont be bothered with the 51%.
If this is correct ,then I support AC holding out for true value. This is better for us.
But at this stage it is still speculative.
