Farjoy could well be aiming for 10% as a blocking tactic against compulsory T/O once the bidder gains 90%.
They would then be in a strong position to extract top dollar in the bidding process.
Then again, if they were to sell privately to the bidder at say $2, then a general T/O offer lobbed at $1 - what would we then think of our "friend" Farjoy (or would we ever know?).
