2.5 * 5 = 12.5 cents post consolidation

= $13,525,000 Acquisition cost for Robot3D

Robot 3D has announced that it had revenue of $630k in November

annualised this is $7.5m (I am being conservative here as it is growing monthly, including a growth of 80% this month! I'm assuming no growth)


I think Paying $13.5m for something earning annualised $7.5m on high margins is dirt cheap, especially in such a high growth potential sector.

this will run to 5 cents pre consolidation, valuing the acquisition at a much more natural circa $27m
