ZAMBIA: New player pegs its stake on a busy block

Londoloza Resources Corp (LRC) has signed a heads of agreement with GSF Corporation Limited (ASX: GSF) to reverse LRC's suite of Zambian mineral projects into a listed structure. The initial project package includes three granted licence areas at Solwezi, Kabwe and Choma, together with additional areas that are currently under licence application. Importantly, GSF has also secured the acquisition rights to future large scale advanced mining projects secured by LRC within the Kitwe district of Zambia. LRC is currently in discussions with parties in relation to the acquisition of such projects. LRC's president and CEO, Johan Engelbrecht is to join the board of GSF.
