What we have is a CONDITIONAL sale and purchase agreement, that is not worth anything until ALL coditions have been met.
Further more the agreement is with a representtative of representative of a third party who is hangs out in a tax hidy hole (Caymen Is.)
IMO what we have is another load of bunkum to stall proceedings until??... what?? dunno.
But I would not put too much faith in this current baloney.
