re: less than expected.up 2% in london sandbagging is a term used to downplay something good, to lower expectations, and to provide an advantage.
it has been well documented why WPL wants to downplay its assets, and those of its associates. Why ramp when things are in play, or the regulators may want some more of the action?
eg 40m +/- of oil over 3km "with plenty open" and "possible communication" between the 2 Tevet wells, and tie in back to production facilities......
or "less than expected"......
sounds like sanbagging to me
