But given our professional approach, the quality/experience of our consultants assisting us through that process, the pro active attitude of the Wyoming Govt toward U mining and the success rate of previous permit applicants, i would think the risk of permitting to be substantially less than many other jurisdictions.

It is my fervent hope that the initial JORC announcement will bring focus to the company and highlight the low cost nature of the process and relatively low start up costs, the quality of the location in terms of infrastructure and domestic demand and the potential from the remaining 11 project areas which have been extensively drilled already.
