    wilson HTM is about as enthusiastic about this deal as i am. the only bright side is if this flushes out another deal. but that would have to show a bit of business savvy on part of AVX - sadly, i haven't seen any of that to this point. drona said 'trust us', i did and that might well have been an expensive mistake.
