and well done you for the well worn and completely immature "if you don't like it leave" mentality.... i prefer the "if you don't like it, seek change" outlook.
and in your very words, we have someone leading the team who has no interest in leading the team long term, but is the person in charge of setting long term plans for the team..... but ten months into that situation and it's still ongoing that's not a concern we should have???
