Yeh it's a good question.. and far as I'm aware Lucas and Dow don't hold any shares. Could be for a number of reasons including strict blackout buying and selling periods, personally not a great time for them or who knows what else. It would be great to see some on market buying from directors I agree.
No one here is going to be able to answer your question though.. best pose it to the company. Tough to answer though so I wouldn't expect much clarity.. using personal funds to purchase shares is exactly that.. Personal.. they have no requirement to buy shares nor do they have to give reasons why they don't.. same as you and I
