Further to my question to you as l see it as being very important as to who Morella recieved the reimbursement from... l did go through Sayona's last quarterly activities an cash flow report and nowhere does it state any reimbursements were made from Sayona BoD's to Morella...that being said you did state that Lithium Corp had no money but from their own Cash Flow Records they had over 3.3 million as at they end of 31st December 2023...so are you sure they never made any reimbursements to Morella or have you just had guess? and thrown it out there without any factual information.
The reason l ask and it should be very obvious is that if it was Sayona's accounts dept then they have a lot to answer to or Lithuim Corp have made the payment and you may have missed it either way it needs some further investigating from an ethical point of view.
