The problem is it's not just the Chairman though - is it? Once they get the Chairman sorted, only then can they really look at CEO's with any genuine gusto and until then in the current climate and significant risk, the current CEO is splitting time between two companies at full pay.
and that is an issue.
as for the OTA that we currently have, pretty sure the board was in place when that happened so as much as you want to kick BL now he's gone..... unless he signed that himself without the board's knowledge then they're complicit in that as well. and if they didn't sign off on it and they gave him the handshake they did instead of booting him out on his clacker then that too speaks volumes.
