You've taken the 'big deal' comment out of context. Of course it's a big deal if they NEVER appoint one. That comment was part of a post that said if it doesn't happen within or exactly by H1 2024, it's not the end of the world.
There's ALOT going on with Sayona, it's arguably the most important time for the company at the moment and restructuring the top positions at the moment would be very hard to navigate with so much going on.
