How long do we have to use the excuse of "everything going on", it's a multi million dollar company (formally billion +) in a multi billion dollar industry. There should always be everything going on and if you can't get basic things correct when wanting a pay rise every year it's time to find someone that can. I'm on the fence with JB but find it hard to accept full pay for 2 full-time jobs with 2 different companies.
