restructuring the top positions at the moment would be very hard to navigate with so much going on.
Even more so as IMO its not even necessary at the moment ,it solves nothing in the short term and guarantees nothing in the long term...its going to happen as JB has made it clear he has no inclination to stay on as CEO of SYA but its safe to say he would prefer to hand over a going concern and its probably also fair to say an incoming CEO would prefer to start with one, certainly more desirable when recruiting.
At the moment the JV monitors the project on a weekly basis , thats how close we sail to the wind and the outcome at the moment is totally reliant on mining ability not corporate ability, combined with the price of Spod which is currently slipping, although still $200t off its lows.
