SYA holders don't really have too much to grumble about regarding JBs multiple positions, it is 1MC that has been dropped as it has nothing going on anyway. SYA holder should be up in arms about SYA 'reimbursing' 1MC for god knows what to ensure 1MC cam keep the lights on and the CEO paid, that one transaction is one of the worst things I have seen in the small cap zoo.
