You aren't paying attention to the discussion and to what is really going on. The board as it exists right now is a very unhealthy composition. There is no true independence, no diversity, no diversified knowledge or expertise. They are all old coal men, with absolutely no knowledge of going downstream.
Going downstream is where the real money is. It's where the software margins are, and Sayona has absolutely zero experience, and is very ill-prepared for that, despite having a half built carbonate plant on their hands and doing nothing about it for almost FIVE years.
