Mate the reason I'm livid with James Brown is simple and not one person here has woken up to it as yet...which l find astonishing and that reason is he James Brown is and has been connected at the hips to 2 companies forget about the other feed bins his involved in they are just top ups when his feeling like a free feed...so his tied at the hips with Allan Buckler through the Altura days and today the same two have Morella an Sayona...now please anyone correct me if wrong but which company is of the utmost importance at this present time and which company should a CEO be given his utmost attention too if anyone here states the CEO should be concentrating on 1MC then maybe you need to head off to the butcher shop cause you're a couple of chops short of the Barbie...that being said what James Brown should of done was this...
Relinquish his position as CEO of Morella and moved Dennis O'Neill from Non Executive to interim/caretaker CEO of Morella as he has already been a CEO before he would then only need to find a Non Executive director to fill Dennis O'Neill's position vacated this would then free up James to take on the full time position at Sayona on a Remuneration comparable to that of the previously sacked CEO which would have been the correct way to go about things and people would have had a way better attitude towards him...trouble is he chose to be a greedy SOB by getting fed from as many troughs as he could and its for that reason l want him out because given the choices in either looking after shareholders or looking after himself he chose the later...an thats poor form no matter which way the canvas is painted imho.
