finding a suitable chairman and permanent CEO that is a improvement on current management is hindered significantly as how many board executives or CEO are available ( almost zero) that have run a producing lithium mine , dealt with offtake partners , dealt with the bankers and financiers , dealt with governments , who have riden lithium cycles in good times and bad times , sya could fill these positions quickly if they advertised on HC but would you really want that type of leadership , and as far as there salary goes i think any reasonable person would want to be paid that much if you had to listen to some of the comments people make , CEO’s are paid so much not for what they do but by how much pain they have to endure
