that $2m was actually $1.5m and in July 2023 when those options were on the money.
so why don't they just appoint JB permanently and require him to rescind any other jobs. You read his blurb and he's apparently quite the catch! Do you really think a CEO works 40 hours per week? if so, how many hours a week do you think a person works if they are CEO of two listed companies? how is that focus, no matter how much money you might have spent?
And FWIW I'd argue any potential CEO looking at the current situation is going to wonder whether they are just a stooge anyway and aren't interested because of that?
