Ord River Resources lifts gold resource in Northern Territory Monday, November 26, 2012
Sydney based Ord River Resources (ASX: ORD) has lifted the resource base at its Northern Territory gold project Suplejack by 100% to 101,300 ounces.
The resource upgrade was based on results from a recently completed 10-hole, 2,400 metre RC and diamond drill program at Suplejack.
The resource was calculated using 0.5 g/t cut-off grade – up from 0.3 g/t, (2.44 Mt at 1.29 g/t gold).
Interestingly, the resource estimate was based on exploration of less than 5% of Suplejack Project area providing upside potential in resource base from more exploration and drilling.
