Yes Jim . UK is a sophisicated business environment and these boys were well and truly out of their depth. But it also goes for the US and China. There are so many examples of failure with foreign takeovers some of which I know from personal experience
Right from the start I was hoping that they knew what they were doing and that they were exercising extreme caution. They didn't.
