You must have countries which are the shining lights that you are comparing them to. Could you name 4 or 5 of these shining lights for us so that we can see the best way to do things.
Also to ensure there is some rational basis of comparison only list countries with populations over say 10 million so that we aren’t comparing countries, such as city states.
