Are the companies listed, operating with large subsidies?
A thorough appraisal and re-appraisal of competitor analysis in the first instance, among a plethora of other variables to consider would obviously need to be made in regard to viability.
My position remains- keep bureaucrats out of business as much as possible ( especially if unknown public contributions are present)
