    well, I'm still waiting for your referencing and we need to hear the history lesson

    so, tell us please ------------ because it's a very important lesson for the issue of unions in Oz - and in the car industry -------

    so, with your writing suggesting that you have a grasp on the history - come and tell us about the Codetermination Act post war ------------ then, you can tell us how it worked out - then you can tell us how it was adjusted in the 70's and then you can tell us how it indeed drove Germany to be the powerhouse of Europe and the world's largest car manufacturer ---

    whilst Oz ---------- shut up shop

    so much for not having Unions - not only did it work out 'ok' for Germany - the evidence strongly shows that it worked out ------------- spectacularly.
