Maybe a starting point would be to read the last 5 years of posts on this thread.

Then come back and gives us a run down.

You will probably have 1000 reasons by then and developed a twitch in one eye, becoming teary when someone mentions words like "patch' 'needles' 'transdermal" and find yourself sleeping alone huddled in the corner letting out a slight whimper from time to time. You will also find yourself using "dial a prayer" a lot.
From time to time you will also be taken away in a white jacket for detoxing from the OBJ journey.
You will finish up with a wry grin of uncertainty and a face that looks like a tram is using it as the main highway.
