lesson learned ... never trust the chinese

it may be too early to say it but that's my feeling and wanted to share

should the whole share issuing be placed, as should it be placed mostly into chinese hands, then we we would be authorized to conclude - with little chances to be mistaken - that the entire process had been engineered as to transfer control without a public bid ... against all minority shareholders interests, as being bought out at no consideration ...

my trigger is and will be the number of shares at issue .... if all are to be issued, then my conclusion is one and just one ... never trust the chinese !

I bet that will be the case for one reason .... the right for any shareholder to subcribe other shareholders entitlements .... that option seem designed specifically for chinese shareholders
