GOING BY THE ANDERSON CYCLE & being 1 or 2 years behind US there is still a few years to go before a major down turn this ANDERSON cycle has been monitored over the last 240years & its quite accurate EAST COAST property may drop 10 to 20% but Perth looks good THIS cycle covers a length of time so much up & then down of coarse I do know the figures DONT PANIC I HOPE anyway just a thought that about the property has nothing to do with the cycle ALL IMO & DYOR
