The mistake I made was tI thought that if "insiders" directors had large holdings and were buying shares that this was a good signal. I thought that with Frank Wilson having a large holding I was aligning my interests with his... a big mistake.
The management of the company made too many mistakes and had to much debt.
The auditors should also have been more vigilent over the planation revaluations and the assumptions each year. The revaluations should have been supported by independant valuations these assumptions should have been supported with actual volume sales in the market place not the sham auctions Quintas were running...
It is easy to ne smart in hind sight..
