In response to your request from the other thread please see my comments below. To be honest I wasn't intending to respond to your comments above only because I don't believe I have anything of significant value to add and most of the below are just my thoughts and opinions.

Agree with your sentiments above the more information the better for shareholders to use to run the numbers, but from what I have seen most management teams will disclose only the minimum information necessary under reporting standards. If you read most management report presentations it looks like they are disclosing a lot of additional information, however if you look hard enough at the financial report you can almost guarantee you will find it in there due to mandatory disclosure requirements.

I assume given potential competition in the industry and potential public backlash due to the funding received from the government that they would rather not disclose those numbers in detail.

I cant comment too much on your last paragraph as I am not aware of the occupancy rates of specific centres, I have no doubts there would be some under performing centres, If I'm not mistaken I recall seeing once announcement where they sold some centres, perhaps they were also under performing. I guess its the responsibility of management to evaluate what to do with these centres, if they are still profitable they are contributing to the bottom line, the only reason to dispose of them would be if they believed that the proceeds received from their sale could be used to purchase an additional centre of which would earn a higher return on these funds or they could use the cash to pay of debt at an interest rate of circa 6%. So one would assume these centres are still earning returns in excess of 6% otherwise it would be best to sell them and pay off debt.
