From what I can see Anchorage listed six Pty Ltd companies linked to childcare around the time of the takeover.
You would assume that any plans of a quick Affinity IPO would be on hold.
Certainly lots of questions to be answered by Anchorage re Dick Smith, but what will they do with Affinity? There are others apart from G8 who will be watching developments closely.
