Today's price action in OEX demonstrates the 2 schools of thought in oil & gas management.

1) OEX type - hype up a discovery before you know what you have witht the chance of burning investors
2) NEO/OPL - excercise some discipline until further work is done ... and then promote the heck out of it when you are sitting on a cash cow

I know which one I would rather put my money with.
