Worse the "business confidence index" - a bad case of fluffy Likert scale based statistics. Water cooler stand statistics.
But for the moment the prevailing interest rates, and stock prices are public.
And an amble down to a local house price auction, is a great way to acquire a good sample of one, too, if you ever doubted that house prices are "irrationally exuberant".
