Reading current posts would have one believe shareholders haven't seen this before.
Reviewing the legal win for the Bengwenyama community i would propose their are overt similarities with what is happening now and what has been happening for some time. In fact, apart from Eversheds, all players have rebooted.
My memory of the affair was that, apart from how easy it was, management still claimed to the bitter end that the DMR was on board.

There are many carrots i would like to dangle but first things first....
Are prospecting rights the same as land rights? How could this effect the DMR granting mining rights if a community becomes interested and provoked by naughty oppurtunists? Did the Commission for the Restitution of Land Rights compromise the process by allowing thousands of claims to be lodged bf 1998?

To answer these questions you either need a SA law degree or you could simply study the tricky expropriation of 2 farms in the Bushveld Complex by mr shapiro.
