Other factors to consider also when estimating likely post-reconstruction share price are:
1. No more $250M liability on the books
2. No more $18m YEARLY interest bill payable on the
notes - will add $18M per yr to the bottom line
3. VERY strong balance sheet which will aid securing
tenders
4. Higher share price not as attractive to daytraders
and therefore not same volatility
5. Strong balance sheet likely to attract institutional
shareholders
