Yes no run lasts forever, whether up or down. Good to see you making gains over the past few sessions, and no doubt they are probably equal to some of my losses.
In relation to:

Yes you did, you said it yesterday:
"I just want to say, I'm pretty tempted to cut all shorts back down here and wait for a bounce....which pretty much means there will be NO BOUNCE.
I get a funny feeling in my gut, that last night was an entree.
Thus, I'm going to leave my positions open and wake up tomorrow to see. I'm going to have the night off and go and get face melted with scotch and soda."
Just like how all of us have a view of the world, bet on it, and if the world doesnt agree, we each individually face our own losses.
I personally recouped a lot today, but am still sitting on a loss due to the plunges of the sessions prior where I just held. It will take 2 more days of today to make me break even.
Game on tomorrow.
