I agree with your comments about the company managing sentiment. We live in a world of noise and if you don't make noise you don't get noticed. That is why companies have investor relations managers. Because they know you need to take care of investors and potential investors. NC has done well to create a sense of belonging but maybe there are others who need to see why AJX is attractive. He cant leave that up to brokers who may or may not care in the long run.
