What failure was there? There was a rehash of existing data in the presentation but overall it was not negative. They were obliged to do a financial report. The health and prospects of the company haven't changed. The exodus of money from the stock is a result of short term investors going elsewhere to make their money, as is their strategy. Ultimately all is still in play and time is the only unknown variable. My assessment is strong buy at these prices. At some point in the future we will laugh at how ridiculously cheap this stock is being traded at right now.
