A read of recent ( 2012) Company Updates and other ASX Announcements provides an insight as to why NKP shareholders have been disappointed to date and are waiting in anticipation.

Highlights (in no specific order) that we should consider:

1. "Department of Mineral Resources South Africa (“DMR”) has granted a Mining Right in respect of three platinum farms being Garatau, DeKom and Hoepakrantz."

"All relevant environmental bonds have been posted in accordance with the terms of the Mining Right."

2."NKP has current Mineral Resource of 60.5 Moz 3PGE+Au (JORC compliant) – 18.1 Moz Measured, to becoming one of the world’s largest platinum group metal producers."

3. "Definitive Feasibility Study to be completed in May 2012"

4. "The Company, through its Advisors, is finalising negotiations with suitable Joint Venture partners who apart from contributing financially, will also supplement our management with top tier technical and commercial skills."

5. "Upon finalisation of the Company's joint development plans and financing initiatives,Nkwe will update the market on the final terms of the proposed offer of 100m options($0.35, 31 December 2012) to shareholders and former optionholders as announced last year."

6."We’d anticipate the announcement of a strategic partner/financier in Q2 2012, with mine development commencing in Q4 2012."

The focus now is on what have NKP/Genorah Directors negotiated on behalf of ALL shareholders in order that our investment is maximised based upon the company's mineral wealth?

The current shareprice is NOT a reflection of the value of NKP's $2billion platinum resource valued at $3 per share once production has occured.

Hopefully Directors will soon deliver and meet our expectations!
