Some have suggested GXY might take action but I doubt they will do anything about this tbh. My experience in the corporate world has taught me that executives are not activists and very quickly "move on". They're gun-shy about anything that might have them look like a loser in the public eye and probably don't see much financial incentive either. At best, ASIC might strike Calderwood off from holding a Directorship for 5 years.

If you want to act for once before the horse bolts then ring up COW and find out what's going on before that one gets destroyed too. Plenty of people on here hold a stake in that which is now worth more than their A40 holdings, frankly.
