I suspect you're referring to an old incorrect broker report from a couple years ago which had since been called out. PAR has multiple patents approved in the US. A couple below if you need. You clearly insinuated clinical trial failure when you said an "endpoint" was not reached, which is also incorrect. All to date been strongly positive.
