It's a lot of price manipulation this afternoon,if you check the order line there is nothing holding up 2.1 - large orders could easily be pulled, 2c is retail buyers, looking like a lot of volatility around these prices. Better to wait for the stock to settle and I believe the next positive announcement will drive it into 2.5c
