    you are saying slabs required for hx build walls are more expensive than slabs required for timber framed walls. what a meaningless comparison. I reckon you know it and it’s clear that your intent here is to mislead. for what purpose, only you know.

    I would just caution people not to believe everything this clown says... all my opinion only. Not investment advice, do your own research etc...
