C- Roof trusses have been ordered/delivered/installed this way for years already.

D- That’s YOUR opinion, my trades disagree.

F- Door frames are installed prior to brickwork currently, so......

G- I’ll have a frame up, roof on, walls wrapped within 5 days if I need.
