Give us a run down again as to why not ? Weren’t you saying it can’t build from the verge ? Also an increase in build time by 50% wouldn’t you consider that pretty viable and much more competitive? Come on give us your expert opinion again ? If you cannot give us all a reasonable answer , it just means your taking the piss and baiting everyone. Do you have a spread on costs sheet ? Does your mate Troopy ? Your a builder. Why is it so hard to give us your numbers ? So we can all compare?
