Granny, you mention Fixed Odds may be up and running on Labor Day , Monday 6th September.

You can see from the Racing Calendar for Monmouth Park below, racing days are in green, we have racing up to 26th September, or 9 more race meetings after Labor Day.

The track closes after the 26th September and reopens late in May 22.

Given Meadowlands and Freeport, the other 2 racetracks in NJ, both harness tracks by the way, have said they'll take a "wait and see" before adoption of Fixed Odds.

I would suggest 9 racing days is not a great window to showcase Fixed Odds Betting ,and most Sportsbooks waiting to signup would agree, as would most researched investors!

So ,taking all of this into consideration, I think the upswing we have seen with the SP over the last week or so ,is more to do with other news ,that may be imminent.

I can't help thinking the whole FOX tie up has been deafening in its silence!
