    England, Ireland & Germany have had fixed odds and sports betting for sometime. Entain and Flutter dominate there through Ladbrokes, Paddy Power etc.

    France only has the PMU (parimutuel) and has seen turnover decline due to the rise in sports betting. Fixed Odds could help overlap the two with more betting types.
