Heard of scapegoat theory. Previous CEO was kicked off as he wanted the raise at a good price but looks something happened under the hood. Was it a created problem? Blaming the weather just confirmed it. Now who created the mess has to come out clean and fix it. Mastermind and planner knows it all. We fools debate about SH value. But we’ll the board has terribly failed or very successful in their plan. Do they have the capability now to be trustworthy is a big question? It was not a non profit organisation. They were getting paid well and now even more after the so called mismanagement. Responsibility, integrity and character is required by any Board to create value for SH with the resources they have. It’s no longer about the build or finance now I guess.
