I should have picked up on the red flag when Tim kept saying this is a "simple and straightforward project". Nothing is simple and straight forward these days, more so when its on a remote island in the pacific.

It now looks like Tim and co lulled themselves into a false sense of security and were hands off, leaving a bunch of third parties and PM's with little skin in the game to get things done. Tim will have to brush off his rusty line manager skills and get his hands dirty which should have been the case from day one. When you are the CEO of a small cap it should be all hands on deck, not once weekly status reports and virtuous comments of support.

While the pog stays where it is and they drill to increase the resource base, this project should stay viable. Tim's reputation and career is on the line too, so I hope he feels the urgency and gives this 100% of his focus. One more stuff up of this magnitude will be the nail in the coffin.

Time to get shi& done guys.
