If I was Murray I'd almost be inclined to go on the record to suggest to Merlon if they disagree so strongly and have such little faith in amp going forward that they close out their positions now and move on with investments they do have faith in. How likely are they to do that though. Crstallyse a substantial loss. Not likely.
But continuing to flight a dead horse when the ruling has already been given the green light...it just continues to put negative sentiment out there potentially capping any short term "relief" on the SP
